when it comes to nursing, there are plenty of different directions you can go with it. me? i’ve always loved maternity.

i love the fact that i’m witnessing something brand new. when a baby is born, i am one of the first people to see it. one of the first people to hold it. one of the first people to hear it cry. call me a freak, but there are times when the end of life is beautiful. but the start… the start of life is always beautiful.

a baby doesn’t know what hate is. good or evil does not exist. it has no idea how it feels to be hurt, betrayed, or lied to. all it knows is love. love and happiness.

all it knows about are the beautiful things the world has to offer.

i get to experience that every day i’m at work. it’s awesome.
